Mailwaukee Mailing & Shipping does more than just sell you equipment; we also provide factory trained service professionals who install, configure, maintain, and train you on your equipment.
Our Service Department is available Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Please call 262-432-2200 for an available Customer Service Representative.
All customer service calls are answered locally in our Brookfield facility. We believe it benefits the customer not to utilize an automated phone directory that forces callers to press multiple numbers to reach the right operator. Your call goes directly to the Service Department so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
NOTE: When calling, please have the 5 digit MAILwaukee Equipment ID (or model and serial number of the product) ready to give to the Customer Service Representative.
At MAILwaukee Mailing, we are committed providing the best customer service possible to our customers. That’s why we’re asking for your feedback about your recent experience with us. Please take just few moments to answer a few quick questions, so that we may continue to meet your highest expectations. Customer Satisfaction Survey
